Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel a session, 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made without sufficient notice or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Weather-related cancellations will be determined by us, and affected sessions will be rescheduled free of charge.
Refunds for Unsatisfactory Sessions
If you are dissatisfied with a session, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made via call, message, or email.
Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available for block bookings or promotional deals.
