Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel a session, 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made without sufficient notice or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Weather-related cancellations will be determined by us, and affected sessions will be rescheduled free of charge.

Refunds for Unsatisfactory Sessions

If you are dissatisfied with a session, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made via call, message, or email.

Refund Exclusions

• Refunds are not available for block bookings or promotional deals.

• Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

• Refunds are only considered in emergencies if 24 hours' notice is given.
