Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy for APcoaching ("we," "us," or "our") outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling or rescheduling coaching sessions ("Services").

Cancellation Notice

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a session. If sufficient notice is not provided, the session will be forfeited without a refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations can be made via call, message, or email at info@apfootballcoaching.com.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions cancelled with 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time for both parties.

  • Customers are allowed one rescheduled session per block of bookings.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Weather-related cancellations will be determined by us based on conditions on the day of the session. Affected sessions will be rescheduled free of charge.

Emergencies

  • Refunds or rescheduling due to emergencies are only considered if 24 hours' notice is given. An explanation may be requested but is not required if the reason is too personal.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

  • Sessions missed without prior notice or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
